(hereinafter referred to as Webel), acting in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, informs the Users of its online platform about the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by the User upon accessing the Site appwebel.com or the corresponding mobile application available on Play Store and App Store.

Before registering with Webel, Users must read and accept this Privacy and Data Protection Policy. By clicking the "Create Account" button, the form will only be submitted if the User has previously accepted the privacy policy.
Upon registration, Users must provide the following information to create their account: first name, last name, email address, and, if applicable to a professional profile, a profile picture. Additionally, Webel, as long as Users authorise it, will collect data related to their location, including the real-time geographical location of the Users' computer or mobile device.
Once the registration is complete, each User will be able to access their profile and complete and/or edit it as they see fit. The information and data provided by the User will always be available in their user account and may be modified by the User through the edit profile option, except for the email address, which can only be changed by sending an email to [email protected] expressing such intent.
The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful data. Furthermore, they will be solely responsible for any damages and losses that Webel or any of its subsidiaries or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of veracity, inaccuracy, lack of validity, and authenticity of the provided data.
The data collected by Webel or any of its subsidiaries will be used exclusively for the purposes defined in the General Conditions of Use of the Website, which can be consulted at appwebel.com.
Webel expresses its commitment to comply with the current legislation on data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and finally, Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
